A Bulletin Board is basically a single view where different types of market updates show up together. News, company filings, corporate actions, insider trades - it’s all there. Instead of checking each of these separately, you just look here and get a rough idea of what’s going on. If something stands out, then you go deeper.
Mostly because it’s easier. You open one screen and a lot of the important updates are already there. Also, when you see things together like a stock move next to an announcement - it just makes more sense. Otherwise you’re looking at pieces without context.
